Yanyan Cai

EXPERIENCE

Yanyan Cai joined Bain Capital in 2019. She is the Associate General Counsel for Asia Private Equity.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Yanyan was a corporate attorney in the Hong Kong and Shanghai offices at Ropes & Gray, Kirkland & Ellis, and King & Wood Mallesons, primarily focused on public and private cross-border M&A transactions, public takeovers, private equity transactions, and minority investments.

EDUCATION

Yanyan received an LLM from Northwestern University School of Law and an LLB from Fudan University.
