Will Rosen

EXPERIENCE

Will Rosen joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is a Managing Director and General Counsel for the Europe Private Equity business.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Will was a senior transactional partner at Ropes & Gray LLP and was the managing partner of its London office where he focused on private equity and M&A transactions. Prior to Ropes & Gray, he was a partner at DLA Piper and Weil Gotshal. During his time in private practice,  Will was recognized as a recommended practitioner in private equity by the Legal 500 (Hall of Fame), Chambers & Partners, and the Guide to the World’s Leading Private Equity Lawyers.
 

EDUCATION

Will received a BA with Honors in history from the University of London and graduated with honours in the Law Society Finals from Manchester Metropolitan University.
