Victoria A. Budson

EXPERIENCE

Victoria joined Bain Capital in 2021. She is a Partner and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Victoria leads Bain Capital’s DEI strategy and execution as it relates to recruitment, development, culture, and community across the firm and in support of its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, she spent over 20 years at Harvard Kennedy School of Government where she was co-founder and Executive Director of the Women and Public Policy Program. Victoria consulted on a range of diversity and inclusion matters to a wide variety of clients across sectors and global regions including many in the financial services industry.    

EDUCATION

Victoria received an MPA from The Harvard Kennedy School where she was a Littauer Scholar. She graduated magna cum laude with departmental honors receiving a BA from Wellesley College.
