Tingyi Dong

EXPERIENCE

Tingyi Dong joined Bain Capital in 2023. She is a Tech Lead Manager on the Ventures' platform engineering team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Tingyi worked as software engineer and tech lead at Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and Mastercard.

EDUCATION

Tingyi earned a master’s degree in computer science from University of Pennsylvania. She graduated from Tufts University with a BS in chemical & bioengineering.
