EXPERIENCE

Stuart Gent joined Bain Capital in 2007. He is a Partner and Co-Head of Bain Capital's Europe Private Equity business. Stuart partners with management teams to drive transformation and performance improvement activities. He has worked extensively with portfolio companies in the Technology, Financial & Business Services and Industrial verticals.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Stuart was Managing Director of Avis UK and a member of the Avis Europe Executive Board, where he was responsible for their UK business. Previously, he was a Partner at Bain & Company, where he focused on business transformation.

EDUCATION

Stuart received a BS from Bristol University.
