Stuart Gent

EXPERIENCE

Stuart Gent joined Bain Capital in 2007. He is a Partner and Co-Head of Europe Private Equity. Stuart partners with management teams to drive transformation and performance improvement activities. He has worked extensively with portfolio companies in the Technology, Financial & Business Services and Industrial verticals.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Stuart was Managing Director of Avis UK and a member of the Avis Europe Executive Board, where he was responsible for their UK business. Previously, he was a Partner at Bain & Company, where he focused on business transformation.

Stuart received a BS from Bristol University.
