Steve Rizoli

EXPERIENCE

Steve Rizoli joined Bain Capital in 2019. He is a Principal on the Double Impact team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Steve was an investor with Altamont Capital Partners, a middle market private equity fund manager in California with a focus on long term, complex investments. He began his career as a management consultant with L.E.K. Consulting, working in North America, Europe, and Asia.

EDUCATION

Steve received an MBA from the Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School. As an undergraduate, he studied at Harvard College, earning an AB in history.
