Stephen Berrow

EXPERIENCE

Stephen Berrow joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Managing Director in the Europe Special Situations team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Stephen held a variety of commercial finance and business transformation roles in the aerospace, manufacturing, software and outsourced services industries, latterly as SVP Finance at Meggitt plc.

EDUCATION

Stephen is an ICAEW FCA qualified accountant and received a MA degree from Oxford University.
