Shuvam Chaudhuri, PhD

EXPERIENCE

Dr. Shuvam Chaudhuri joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is an Associate on the Life Sciences team. Previously, he was a Life Sciences Fellow.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Shuvam performed his doctoral research at Northwestern University where he studied transcriptional mechanisms governing immune cell differentiation across the contexts of cancer, infection, and autoimmunity. Before graduate school, Shuvam performed research in the antiviral drug discovery group at Janssen Research and Development.

EDUCATION

Shuvam received his PhD in biomedical sciences with a focus in immunology from Northwestern University. He graduated with a BS in molecular biology and minor in business administration from the University of Washington.
