Shun Watanabe

EXPERIENCE

Shun Watanabe joined Bain Capital in 2014. He is a Managing Director in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Shun worked as a principal at The Boston Consulting Group in the Tokyo office, focusing on growth strategy, new business development, organizational transformation, and operation reform in the retail industry. Previously, he worked as an HR associate manager at Recruit Holdings.

EDUCATION

Shun earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Kyoto University.
