Shena Willis

EXPERIENCE

Shena Willis joined Bain Capital in 2017. She is a Principal and a member of the Europe Private Equity team, focusing on investments in the Consumer vertical. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Shena worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a member of the Principal Investors & Private Equity practice area.

EDUCATION

Shena received an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in history and politics, 1st class honours, from the University of Warwick.
