Sean O'Rourke

EXPERIENCE

Sean O’Rourke joined Bain Capital in 2021. He is a Senior Finance Associate on the Ventures team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Sean spent over a year at Deloitte as a tax consultant in the Business Tax Service practice, where he mainly specialized in private equity tax compliance.

EDUCATION

Sean has a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Assumption University.
