Ryan Baltimore

EXPERIENCE

Ryan Baltimore joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is a Director on the Real Estate asset management team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ryan was the Chief Operating Officer at BRT Apartments Corp, a publicly traded Multifamily REIT that owns and operates over 8,000 multifamily units nationwide. At BRT, he was a member of the executive team and responsible for the oversight of asset management, investments, capital markets, and corporate strategy. 

EDUCATION

Ryan graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a BBA and earned an MBA in corporate finance and strategy from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
