Roni Katz

EXPERIENCE

Roni Katz joined Bain Capital in 2016. She is a Partner and the Chief Human Resources Officer for Europe.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Roni was a Partner at McKinsey & Company where she led the Organisation Practice in the UK and Ireland and served clients across industries, with a focus on Financial Services and Aerospace and Defence.

EDUCATION

Roni received an MBA from INSEAD, where she was awarded the Ford Prize, and graduated summa cum laude with a BSc in industrial engineering from Tel Aviv University.
