Rohan Kapoor

EXPERIENCE

Rohan Kapoor joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is the Head of Operations and Data Management for Capital Markets, supporting the Credit, Special Situations, Public Equity, and Partnership Strategies businesses. Rohan is responsible for leading the strategy and infrastructure support for investment and trade operations.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Rohan served as CFO of the Asset Servicing business and Co-Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at State Street Bank. Previously, he was at JPMorgan Chase in New York, leading Risk Oversight for the Chief Investment Office and Middle Office Operations for the Credit Portfolio Group.

EDUCATION

Rohan received an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University and a BA in finance from Babson College.
