Robert Farkas

EXPERIENCE

Robert Farkas joined Bain Capital in 2012. He is a Partner and a member of the North America Private Equity team. Robert focuses on investments in the industrials and healthcare sectors. He has worked in the Boston and New York offices.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Robert was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company in the New Jersey office, where he addressed strategy, marketing and sales, and organization topics for global consumer goods manufacturers and retail clients. Prior to joining McKinsey, he worked as a product design engineer at Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan.

EDUCATION

Robert received a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Rochester, a MS in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
