Riccardo Ruini

EXPERIENCE

Riccardo Ruini joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is an Executive Vice President in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Europe Private Equity team. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Riccardo was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group where he led transformations across industries, focusing on corporate strategy, operating model design, M&A, and post-merger integration mainly for private equity clients.

EDUCATION

Riccardo received an MBA with Dean's honors and distinction from Columbia Business School, where he was a Kopf Fellow. He graduated summa cum laude with a MSc in industrial management engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
