Paul Zurlo

EXPERIENCE

Paul Zurlo joined Bain Capital in 2007. He is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer for Ventures and Crypto, leading the strategy of all key administrative functions, including compliance, finance, human resources, investor relations, legal, and marketing for those businesses.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Paul was COO of Mercer Outsourcing, a $750M division of Mercer focused on outsourced technology. Previously, he was the president of GoldK (acquired) and CFO of MCK, a Summit Partners portfolio company that he helped take public. Paul started his career as a consultant with Bain & Company.

EDUCATION

Paul received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in economics from Georgetown University.
