Olivia Howard

EXPERIENCE

Olivia Howard joined Bain Capital in 2006. She is a Partner in the Industrial vertical and member of the Portfolio Group for North America Private Equity. She has also worked in the Consumer and Technology verticals. Olivia plays a lead role in the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts, as well as Portfolio Group recruiting & development.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Olivia was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where she consulted in the consumer, media and entertainment, and healthcare industries.

Olivia received a BA magna cum laude from Columbia College.
