Neva Davidson

EXPERIENCE

Neva Davidson joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is a Recruiter on the Ventures team, leading internal recruiting efforts, partnering with our investing and platform teams to understand their talent needs, implementing effective hiring strategies, and attracting and retaining top talent as we scale.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Neva was a recruiter at Pinterest. Before this, she held account management roles at LinkedIn and Microsoft.

EDUCATION

Neva received a BA in American studies from Trinity College.
