Michael Ward

EXPERIENCE

Michael Ward joined Bain Capital in 2003. He is a Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer for the firm.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Michael worked at Digitas for five years and was responsible for day-to-day management as President and Chief Operating Officer, among other roles. Prior to Digitas, he spent four years with Bain & Company and nine years with Price Waterhouse.

EDUCATION

Michael received an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration. He earned a BS in accounting and finance and a BAS in chemical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
