Leslie Crowe

EXPERIENCE

Leslie Crowe joined Bain Capital in 2020. She is an Operating Partner on the Ventures team, collaborating with portfolio company founders and leaders, providing strategic counsel to successfully scale their organizations and capitalize on Ventures' extensive talent network.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Leslie was Chief People Officer for TripActions. Before this, she was Vice President of Talent at MuleSoft and held talent and strategy and operations roles with DropBox. Leslie began her career at Google.

EDUCATION

Leslie has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with honors in law, letters, and society from the University of Chicago.
