Lauren Batres

EXPERIENCE

Lauren Batres joined Bain Capital in 2023. She is a Customer Development Coordinator on the Ventures team, producing and strategizing events that showcase Ventures portfolio companies to relevant corporate partners.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Lauren worked in project management for RTW Charitable Foundation, Walmart, and Jet.com.

EDUCATION

Lauren graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College.
