Laura Carr

EXPERIENCE

Laura Carr joined Bain Capital in 2022.  She is a Partner in the Europe Portfolio Group, working with management teams to build stronger finance capabilities across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Laura was Chief Financial Officer of Dunelm Group PLC, a FTSE 250 UK based omni-channel retailer.  She started her career at PwC in London and Sydney, working mainly with retail and consumer clients.  Laura has subsequently held progressively senior finance roles within several businesses, including Compass Group PLC, Indigo Books & Music Inc, and JTI Inc.

EDUCATION

Laura received a BSc from Cardiff University and is a qualified chartered accountant (ICAEW).
