Krista Snow

EXPERIENCE

Krista Snow joined Bain Capital in 2005. She is a Partner and Head of Fund Tax for the firm. Krista is responsible for managing fund tax matters and tax matters specifically related to deal structuring across the Bain Capital platform.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Krista was a Senior Manager in the International Tax Group at Ernst & Young. Prior to that, she was a Senior Manager in Tax at Grant Thornton LLP.

EDUCATION

Krista received a BS in finance and accounting from Bentley University and an MTax from Suffolk University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
