Kevin Guan

EXPERIENCE

Kevin Guan joined Bain Capital in 2016. He is a Managing Director and member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team, focusing on investments in the Technology and Business & Financial Services verticals.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kevin worked at Silver Lake Partners, where he focused on technology investments across Asia Pacific. Previously, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Morgan Stanley Investment Banking.

EDUCATION

Kevin received a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with Honors with concentrations in finance and strategic management. He received a BS from UC Berkeley.
