Justin Rattigan

EXPERIENCE

Justin Rattigan joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is the General Counsel for the Ventures and Crypto businesses.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Justin was a corporate attorney at Cooley LLP, focused on emerging growth companies and venture capital clients. Prior to his legal career, he was a serial entrepreneur who built and scaled three technology companies.
 

EDUCATION

Justin received a JD, cum laude, from Georgetown University, where he served on The Tax Lawyer journal, and received a BS in business administration, cum laude, from Drexel University. He is a member of the state bars of New York and the District of Columbia.
