EXPERIENCE
Joyce Lau joined Bain Capital in 2017. She is a Vice President and member of the Healthcare vertical on the North America Private Equity team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Joyce was the Chief Operating Officer at the IT lifecycle management company Sprout (fka Smart Metals Recycling). Previously, she worked in business development at Coinbase.
EDUCATION
Joyce received an MPhil in economic and social history from Lucy Cavendish College, University of Cambridge. She also received a BS in math and a BA in history from Duke University.
