Joe DiMento

EXPERIENCE

Joe DiMento joined Bain Capital in 2024. He is Head of Customer Development for the Ventures team, working across the portfolio to help our founders unlock commercial opportunities and scale their go-to-market efforts. He loves working directly with founders on tactical work that can improve their commercial outcomes.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Joe held go-to-market leadership roles with companies like Fractal, Coda, Legendary Entertainment, and Tubular Labs and was a consultant at Bain & Company. Joe began his career at Google as an Account Strategist.

EDUCATION

Joe received an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in history and literature from Harvard University.
