Jessica Coulombe

EXPERIENCE

Jessica Coulombe joined Bain Capital in 2007. She is a Managing Director and Head of Human Resources for Platform Services. Jessica supports the overall talent management and development programs for Platform Services.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Jessica was a Human Resources Manager with Amaranth Group, LLC where she served as a senior generalist across multiple HR disciplines including compensation and benefits, recruiting, and training and development.

EDUCATION

Jessica holds an MBA and BA from Clark University.
