EXPERIENCE

Jen joined Bain Capital in 2022.  She serves as a Vice President of Human Resources for U.S. Special Situations, Insurance and Partnership Strategies.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, she was a Director of Human Resources at Harvard Management Company. Earlier in her career, Jen worked in the legal industry, where she held both human resources business partner and recruiting roles.
 

EDUCATION

Jen received her BA, magna cum laude and with honors, from NYU and a MA in organizational psychology from Columbia University Teachers College.
