EXPERIENCE

James Pound joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Director on the Australia Investor Relations team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, James was a Director at Barings within their Global Business Development Group, working with large institutional entities. Previously, he was an Institutional Sales and Account Manager with Vanguard Australia where he worked with a range of investor types. 

EDUCATION

James received a BCom from the Australian Catholic University.
