Isaac Cheng

EXPERIENCE

Isaac Cheng joined Bain Capital in 2024. He is a Vice President on the Life Sciences team.

Prior to Bain Capital, Isaac worked at Johnson & Johnson in a variety of business development and strategy roles in the pharmaceuticals unit. Before Johnson & Johnson, Isaac worked at AbbVie (through its acquisition of Allergan) evaluating business development and licensing opportunities across pharmaceuticals, MedTech, and services. Isaac started in the life sciences as a management consultant at ZS Associates.

EDUCATION

Isaac received a BA in political science and a MA in international relations from the University of Chicago.
