Hisashi Kubodera

EXPERIENCE

Hisashi Kubodera joined Bain Capital in 2019. He is a Principal and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team, focusing on investments in the Industrials vertical.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Hisashi worked at Nomura in their Tokyo office and was engaged in M&A advisory and equity/debt offerings for the financial services, energy, and real estate industries.

EDUCATION

Hisashi received an MBA from Harvard Business School and BA from Yale University.
