Grace Mollard

EXPERIENCE

Grace Mollard joined Bain Capital in 2016. She is a Managing Director and member of the Consumer vertical on the North America Private Equity team. She also supports recruiting efforts.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Grace worked at the Boston Consulting Group, advising clients in the retail and media industries on large-scale transformation and client enablement.

EDUCATION

Grace received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar. She also received a BCom in finance and a BA in history from The University of Melbourne, Australia.
