Francesco Marra

EXPERIENCE

Francesco Marra joined Bain Capital in 2018. He is a Managing Director in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Europe Private Equity team, focusing on portfolio companies in our Industrials vertical.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Francesco was an Associate Partner at McKinsey in the Dubai office, where he led growth strategy and operational excellence engagements across diverse sectors, including industrial goods and energy.

EDUCATION

Francesco received an MBA with honors and distinction from Columbia Business School and an MSc in business administration from Universita’ degli Studi di Torino. He also holds a Diplome de Grande Ecole and an MSc in finance from ESCP Europe.
