Emily Ashworth

EXPERIENCE

Ms. Ashworth joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2021. She is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group and a member of the North American Private Equity team. Ms. Ashworth focuses on Information Technology in our portfolio companies. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Ashworth spent many years as a Fortune 500 CIO at various companies and a CTO in private equity organizations, including as CTO – Portfolio Operations at Platinum Equity.
 

EDUCATION

Ms. Ashworth received a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelors in Liberal Studies from the University of Central Florida.  She has a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
