Elizabeth Carrillo Thomas

EXPERIENCE

Elizabeth Thomas joined Bain Capital in 2018. She is a Senior Advisor and member of Real Estate’s founding team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Elizabeth was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager in Harvard Management Company’s (HMC) Real Estate Investment Group, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and managing HMC’s real estate investments. Prior to joining HMC in 2010, she was Executive Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston Capital Markets group. Prior to that, she was a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Institutional Investment Sales Group and worked in the Chicago, New York, and Boston offices of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where she invested across asset classes. Before JLL, Elizabeth worked at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets.

EDUCATION

Elizabeth received an MBA from University of Chicago, earned an AB in economics from Harvard College, and studied at Berklee College of Music.
