Deb Mazrimas

EXPERIENCE

Deb Mazrimas joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is a Senior Vice President and Head of HR Technology & Operations, leading the firm's HR technology and operations strategy and execution.  

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Deb was a Senior Vice President at Boston Private Bank & Trust Company, responsible for total rewards, HR technology, and operations. Previously, she spent four years as Managing Director at State Street where she served as the global head of shared services leading the HR operations, technology, project management, vendor management, compliance, and payroll functions. Prior to State Street, Deb was with Systems Evolution, Fidelity Investments, and PwC in various roles.  

EDUCATION

Deb received an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and a BS from Providence College.
