EXPERIENCE

David joined Bain Capital Credit in 2022. He is a Managing Director and Head Structurer in the Liquid and Structured Credit team, and is based in Bain Capital’s New York office. Additionally, David focuses on structuring new issue CLOs in the US and Europe.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, David spent the previous 10 years working at Jefferies, most recently as a Senior Vice President on the CLO Structuring and Trading Desk, and worked at Lehman Brothers before that.
 

EDUCATION

David received an MSc. in engineering from INP-ENSEEIHT, Toulouse, France, an MA in international economics and finance from Brandeis University, Waltham, MA.
