Clara Chan Farnsworth

EXPERIENCE

Clara Chan Farnsworth joined Bain Capital in June 2024. She is Vice President of Data Governance on the Central Data Governance team. Clara oversees the capital markets data governance strategy, setting program standards and improving user experience and firmwide operations.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Clara was a Vice President at Wellington Management Company, responsible for leading the Enterprise Data Governance program.

EDUCATION

Clara received her MBA and BS from Babson College.
