Christopher Kastner

EXPERIENCE

Christopher Kastner joined Bain Capital in 2018. He is a Managing Director in the Portfolio Group and a member of the North America Private Equity team. Christopher focuses on operating excellence, from strategy deployment through manufacturing excellence, in our portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Christopher spent 3 years at Masco and 19 years at the Danaher Corporation, where he served and drove results in numerous operating roles in both Manufacturing and Commercial leadership.

EDUCATION

Christopher received a BSME from the University of Pittsburgh and an Executive MBA from Cleveland State.
