Charles Megaw

EXPERIENCE

Dr. Charles Megaw joined Bain Capital in 2007. He is a Partner and a member of the Portfolio Group for Europe Private Equity. Charles has worked on investments in technology, financial and business services, healthcare, industrials, and retail. He has deep experience in business transformation and carve-outs.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Charles was a Partner at Bain & Company where he consulted in a range of retail, consumer, and industrial businesses for strategy and performance improvement in Europe and South Africa.

EDUCATION

Charles holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge in development economics. He also holds an MA in geography from the University of Cambridge.
