Celeste Lofqvist

EXPERIENCE

Celeste Lofqvist joined Bain Capital in 2023. She is an Operating Partner on the Tech Opportunities team, partnering with portfolio leadership teams to drive growth and value creation initiatives.
 
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Celeste led GTM / Marketplace operations teams for Belong, a venture-backed proptech and fintech start-up. Previously, she was a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, where she led 25+ projects over 10 years with tech and consumer clients across the San Francisco, Stockholm, and Dallas offices.
 

EDUCATION

Celeste received an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a BS in economics and a BA in public policy.
