EXPERIENCE

Caroline Hooper joined Bain Capital in 2015. She is a Vice President of Compliance for our Capital Markets businesses.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Caroline was as a Compliance Analyst at F-Squared Investments.

EDUCATION

Caroline received a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a BA from Sewanee: The University of the South.
