EXPERIENCE

Cara McCauley Lorion joined Bain Capital in 2001. She is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer for Coinvest, GP, and Partner Services.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Cara was the Assistant Controller at CMGI @Ventures, the venture capital division of CMGI. Earlier in her career, she spent five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working in their Technology Industry Group.

EDUCATION

Cara earned a BS in Accounting from Providence College and an MST from Bentley University. She is also is a Certified Public Accountant.
