Anna Alessandria

EXPERIENCE

Anna Alessandria joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is a Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Compensation and Benefits for Bain Capital globally.  

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Anna was a Senior Director in the Global Financial Services (GFS) practice of Willis Towers Watson (WTW). In this role, she led the asset management vertical within GFS working to expand WTW’s advisory offerings to asset management and other financial services firms. She led complex client engagements related to total rewards, pay transparency, investment professional, and executive compensation.  Prior to WTW, Anna was with MFS Investment Management where she most recently was the Vice President of Total Rewards.
 

EDUCATION

Anna received her BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Boston College. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), issued by WorldatWork.
