Andrej Busch

EXPERIENCE

Andrej Busch joined Bain Capital in 2016. He is a Partner in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Europe Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Andrej was the CEO of DHL Parcel Europe, one of the fastest growing units in Deutsche Post DHL with approximately €5 billion in revenue and 60,000 employees. His previous roles at DHL included Head of Marketing and CEO of the German parcel network. Prior to joining DHL, Andrej worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company for a variety of blue-chip companies in the automotive and logistics sectors.

EDUCATION

Andrej obtained a Doctorate in Law from the University of Würzburg, Germany.
