Ajay Kumar joined Bain Capital in 2011. He is a Managing Director and is a member of the North America Private Equity team, focusing on investments in the Industrial vertical.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ajay was a consultant with Bain & Company in New York and London

Ajay received his MBA from Harvard Business School. He graduated summa cum laude with an AB in social studies from Harvard.
