Adriana Rojas Garzón

EXPERIENCE

Adriana Rojas Garzón joined Bain Capital in 2010. She is a Vice President and the Associate General Counsel for Capital Markets.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Adriana was an Associate at Sullivan & Worcester LLP where her practice focused on credit transactions, corporate, securities, and mid-sized private equity transactions.

EDUCATION

Adriana received an LLM from Boston University School of Law with concentrations in both securities laws and financial services transactions. She also has a JD from Boston College Law School and a BS from Boston College.
