Bain Capital Private Equity Agrees to Acquire a Majority Stake in Mash Holdings

TOKYO – November 15, 2022 – Bain Capital Private Equity today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement acquire a majority stake in Mash Holdings, Inc.
